9th Robinsons Supermarket Fit & Run Wellness Buddy Run

This is the 2nd time around to ran with my husband at the Robinsons Supermarket Fit and Run and this year is awesome with tons of products that are parts of the freebies to all the finishers who joined the race. The 9th Robinsons Supermarket Fit and Fun Wellness Buddy Run held today, July 3 at the Bonifacio Global City.

The 9th Robinsons Supermarket Fit & Fun Wellness Buddy Run was hosted by sports ethusiasts and hosts Robi Domingo and Gretchen Ho.

Thousands of buddy runners from 5km and 10km categories run to the finish lines with smile on their faces. The climate was good, not humid compared to the last fun run and many giveaways and samples awaits to all booths.

After the race; winners of the race announced with Ms. Robina Gokongwei of Robina Corporation together with Pinoy Athlete and runner Nikko Huelgas.

Robinsons Supermarket organized these fun run events to promote healthy lifestyle and some of the companies who supported these campaigns are Nestle Philippines, Johnson & Johnson, Nivea and Fonterra, and a lot more.

Here are some of the winners of the race.

For the 1st placer of 5KM, they won 3 days and 2 nights trip with accommodation for two in El Nido, Palwan and the 10KM winner will have a trip to Bali, Indonesia.

Exciting part was some of the finishers received their own different prizes in different categories; 2nd and 3rd places of 5KM run received PHP8,000 worth of Robinsons GC while 10KM runners they received PHP 15,000 GCs.

Philippine Volcanoes and Philippine Lady Volcanoes also ran in this race. They show their advocacies on health living and gave tips to all runners on how to have a healthy body. That depends on how we eat, so better starts now!
